The Tree of Knowledge

     Only one command, the consequence of disobedience-death, paradise lost. Why of all the trees in the garden it was the tree of knowledge of good and evil that God forbade?

     The temptation was based on a lie. The enticement “to be like God- knowing good and evil”.  Adam and his wife thought they could hide.

     Seems we have come full circle. The tree of knowledge at our fingertips.

     In that- the choices we make, whether to do good, or to do evil still have their consequences. Nothing is hidden.
